The native trees at Greenpatch are home to the colourful Rainbow Lorikeet and the delightful Ringtail & Brushtail Possum. Greenpatch has a popular picnic area and with wood and/or electric BBQs. Amenities are available in the park.
Nearest stores are located at Huskisson, Vincentia and St Georges Basin – all within 10-15 minutes drive of the park. It is approximately 3.5 hours drive south from the centre of Sydney.
An interesting grave is erected here, that of Harriet Parker, the 18-year-old daughter of the Cape St George lighthouse keeper, who was accidently shot by a friend in 1887.
